Q01What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. Late check-out available as an add-on (+30,000 KRW).
Q02What is the refund policy?
100% refund 7 days before / 70% at 5 / 50% at 3 / 0% at 1 day or day-of.
Q03Are pets allowed?
The villa does not allow pets at this time.
Q04When is the outdoor pool available?
The newly built outdoor pool (2026) is open from May through October, 09:00–21:00. A parasol is provided.
Q05How does the BBQ option work?
Grill, charcoal, and tools are provided when the BBQ option is added (+30,000 KRW). Use them in the outdoor dining area in the yard.
Q06How well-equipped is the kitchen?
A U-shaped white kitchen with induction, microwave, rice cooker and electric kettle, plus a six-seat dining table. Cookware and tableware are stocked, so just bring your own seasonings and groceries.
Q07How many bedrooms and bathrooms, and what's the capacity?
Three bedrooms (three doubles and two singles) and two bathrooms, six guests standard. One bathroom is off the living area, the other en-suite to the double bedroom. Each guest over six is +20,000 KRW (please confirm party size via KakaoTalk). The whole villa is yours.
Q08How do we handle trash and recycling?
A recycling area is provided, so please sort your recyclables. Bag general waste in the liner inside each bin and leave it just outside the front door; food waste goes in the food-waste bin at the kitchen sink. (We do not provide standard volume-rate garbage bags.)
Q09Can we come by public transport?
Driving is easiest. By public transport, take the ITX-Cheongchun to Cheongpyeong Station, then a ~15-minute taxi. We do not operate a shuttle.
Q10How many cars can park?
The villa has its own parking area that comfortably fits 3-4 cars at no extra charge.
Q11Are towels and toiletries provided?
Shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer are stocked in the bath; two towels per guest. Please bring personal items such as toothbrush and toothpaste.
Q12How about Wi-Fi and TV?
Free Wi-Fi throughout the villa and a large TV in the living room with cable channels and screen mirroring.
Q13Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
A convenience store and the local Gapyeong pine-nut brewery are within 5 minutes by car; a larger supermarket and restaurants are within 10.
Q14How does payment work?
Chat with us on KakaoTalk → we confirm availability and the rate → pay a 30% deposit to confirm. The balance is due 7 days before check-in. Bank transfer or KakaoPay.
